The SARGEN Handline Fisheries Improvement Project took part in the All About Handline Summit on September 2, 2026, at Robinsons Place Gensan. The summit is a yearly gathering of handline fishers, vessel owners, industry partners, and government agencies.
At the summit, Mr. Jun Dagcutan Jr, Vice President of SARGEN Handline presented the audio-visual presentation. The first covered the FIP’s Year 4 progress.
Through the summit, the FIP continued to bring its work directly to the fishers and stakeholders whose participation drives the project.
