Key players in the Philippine tuna industry gathered for a three-day national consultation to review and update the National Tuna Management Plan (NTMP) for the years 2025 to 2030. Held from April 23 to 25 at the East Asia Royale Hotel in General Santos City, the event brought together representatives from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), industry stakeholders, and fisherfolk leaders from across the country.
